These Terms govern purchases and use of the Accentra Digital website and products. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms, the product-page details, and our Refund Policy.

1. Store and products

Accentra Digital provides digital files, resources, licences, accounts, subscriptions, or related digital services as described on each product page. Product descriptions, validity, warranty, delivery time, availability, and quantity form part of the purchase terms.

2. Orders and payment

• Orders are accepted subject to availability and payment verification.
• Bank, Binance, and WhatsApp-arranged payments may require manual review.
• PayPal orders are approved only after confirmed capture.
• We may reject or investigate duplicate, altered, fraudulent, or unverifiable payment evidence.

3. Delivery

Products are personally delivered to the WhatsApp number or email supplied during checkout. Website receipt downloads are payment receipts only and are not the purchased product. You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and maintaining access to it.

4. Licence and acceptable use

Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, your purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the product for its intended purpose. You may not unlawfully resell, redistribute, publish, share, sublicense, reverse engineer, or claim ownership of the product.

5. Availability and quantity

Availability may change before an order is approved. Finite stock is deducted once an order is approved. If adequate quantity is unavailable, an order cannot be approved and support will assist with alternatives or an eligible refund.

6. Ratings and reviews

Only verified customers receiving a private rating link may submit a product rating. Links are limited, time-bound, and normally work once. Reviews must be honest and must not contain unlawful, abusive, private, or misleading content. We may remove content that violates these rules without altering legitimate criticism.

7. Refunds and warranty

Refunds, replacements, and troubleshooting are handled under our Refund Policy and any warranty displayed on the product page.

8. Third-party services

Some products or payments may depend on third-party platforms. Their separate terms, availability, and policies may apply. We are not responsible for third-party interruptions outside our reasonable control, except where a stated warranty or applicable law requires a remedy.

9. Limitation and responsible use

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Accentra Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential loss caused by misuse, unauthorised sharing, incompatible systems disclosed before purchase, or third-party changes. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Changes and contact
