Refund Policy

Accentra Digital sells digital products that are personally delivered through WhatsApp or email after payment approval. Because digital goods cannot normally be returned once delivered, downloaded, activated, or accessed, completed digital sales are generally final, subject to the eligibility rules below and applicable law.

1. When a refund or replacement may be available

• The purchased product was not delivered within the delivery period shown on its product page, and support could not resolve the delay.
• You received the wrong product.
• The supplied file is materially corrupted or unusable and we cannot provide a working replacement.
• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• The product materially differs from its published description at the time of purchase.

2. Situations normally not eligible

• Change of mind after delivery, access, download, or activation.
• Compatibility requirements or limitations clearly disclosed before purchase.
• Loss caused by customer misuse, deleted files, shared credentials, or violation of product licence terms.
• Third-party platform or service changes outside Accentra Digital's control, unless a specific product warranty states otherwise.

3. How to request help

Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery using your private order link or order number. Explain the issue and provide reasonable evidence such as an error screenshot. Never send passwords, OTPs, full card details, or other sensitive credentials.

4. Review and outcome

We may first offer troubleshooting, redelivery, replacement, or warranty support. If a refund is approved, it will be returned through the original or another mutually agreed payment method. Bank, card, PayPal, and cryptocurrency processing times may vary.

5. Product-specific warranty

Any warranty period displayed on the product page applies in addition to this policy. A product marked “No warranty” remains covered for wrong-item, duplicate-payment, or materially defective delivery issues where required by this policy or applicable law.
